As a small business ourselves, we know that every dollar matters. We have worked hard to optimize all of our processes and services to eliminate wasted time, effort, and overhead. Instead of creating a bigger profit margin, we pass the savings to our clients.
In case you haven't been able to tell yet, we actually want your business to succeed.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to our services. This includes: poor quality of the service, not delivering service in full, lack of communication from Market Square Digital, if the service is not a good fit (immediately upon purchase).
Each refund request is handled by our head of customer support and is a case-by-case basis.
Find a digital marketing service—or three or four—that fit what you need and sign up! It's that simple. You'll receive a login to our customer portal where you can manage all of your services.
We get it—as a small business, your needs change from time to time. This is why we don't lock you into a long-term contract. Use our services when you need them and then cancel them if/when you need to. Some of our services suggest a minimum amount of time to see progress and success, but you're never locked in.
